Right of withdrawal (EU): As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, recovery suits and collars worn by a pet can only be returned if faulty or sent in error.

How to return: Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason, and we'll guide you.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping is refunded for faulty or incorrect items.

Faulty or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
